Counter Assault Tactics
"Counter Assault Tactics" is a "best options" method.
It enables average men and women to effectively defend
themselves against a larger, stronger and totally committed
opponent thru the use of high probability tactics. The
training starts with pre fight general Threat Recognition,
verbal de-escalation, verbal re-direction and deceptive
dialog. It then moves into long, medium and close quarter
combat. This structure has been taught to average men
and women from all over the country/world who want to
know their very best options for surviving an assault.
Various tactical considerations and back ups are covered
as well.

Close Quarter Combat
How to use your natural weapons in CQC or Clinch Range.
The focus is on head buts, elbows, knees, arm wrenches,
chokes, bites, control tie ups, takedowns/counter takedowns
etc.

Stick Fighting
Long range and close quarters. The use of projectiles.
Attack, Defense, Footwork, Disarms, Retention, Drills,
Attributes, Sparring and beyond.
Knife Fighting
Long range and close quarters. The use of projectiles.

Counter Knife (Empty Hand)
This is a specialized program for Corrections and Law
Enforcement and civilians. It goes immediately to long
range and close quarter dynamic knife assaults against
empty hands. It is a best options tactics and training
structure.

SIMUNITION® Training
Live fire training with converted weapons and FX® Marking
Cartridges.
The FX® Marking Cartridge is fired from an actual duty/defense
weapon. The weapon functions and cycles just like it
would with lethal ammo but the FX® Marking Cartridge
is non-lethal. It is "reduced energy - live fire" ammo".
Special protective gear is utilized to avoid injuries
but maintain realism. The "scenario based" training
structure brings the training experience to an entirely
new level. There are no what-if's or "I would have..."

Tactical Handgun
This classroom/range course will provide a variety of
tactical handgun techniques. It will take your skills
as a "tactician" even farther. This class is for both
the beginning as well as the intermediate shooter.

The draw; manipulation skills, tactical & combat loading,
clearing malfunctions, ready and search positions, tactical
movement, cover and concealment, the use of white light,
how to capture a "bad guy/intruder" in your home, legal,
moral and ethical issues and More!
These courses are geared to teach you how to "fight"
with a handgun in a domestic/urban environment.

Defensive Shotgun
This course is for the beginning to intermediate shotgun

The White Light Weapon
This is a specialized course designed to teach you how
to "fight" with a SureFire light. The SureFire light
is an extremley bright yet very compact and lightweight
device. It can momentarily blind a person even in ambient
light. It can be coverted and made even brighter. This
course covers the use of the light as a light for general
low light/no light safety, for searches, as a blinding
weapon and as an impact weapon with the development
of the New TID (Tactical Impact Device).

Lamps, batteries, cases and accessories are covered
as well.
OC Spray - Users Course
This program trains the student on the understanding
of the use and limitations of OC Spray (Oleoresin Capsicum).
This training covers the following:
- The various types of chemical defense sprays available.
- The range of potential effects of OC Spray on an
attacker.
- The potential dangers of OC Spray.
- When and how to deploy OC Spray. Stances and verbal
commands and tactical movement.
- Escape.
- Decontamination procedures.
- and much more.
Training is done with inert training units that spray
water. You will be able to train for real and actually
play out scenarios.

O.C. Spray Instructors Training Course

This course will provide you with everything
you need to know to effectively defend yourself with
O.C. Spray and teach others how to fight with it and
handle it safely.
You will learn:
Legal considerations - Ca law regarding the
use of OC Spray. How to check for your state.
Threat Recognition - Observing indicators prior
to an assault.
Draw - This means accessing your OC Spray from
your usual carry position. It could be getting it out
of your purse, pocket etc.
Stance - Holding your OC Spray in a manner while
moving combatively as to avoid having slapped out of
your hand or redirected.
Verbal Commands - This is the use of warnings
that may deter an attacker even before you spray.
Movement - How to move and spray against an
attacker who is already moving at you
Spraying - How to deploy your spray. One second
bursts, spray barrier etc. Lag time options between
the spray and the oppopnent feeling the effects.
Various Threats - Spraying against multiple
opponents, while cornered, at close range, durring a
disarm attempt, on the ground or while protecting another
person.
Plan “B” - Transition to other force options.
Escape - How to get to “safety” while still
creating a spray barrier.
Decontamination - How to decontaminate yourself
or someone else efficiently.
You will also be educated on all aspects of OC Spray
including types of sprays, formulations, maintenance,
history etc.
