This video was filmed at Air Forced Paintball in Paso Robles, Ca with three ground cameras and one high camera on a thirty foot scissor lift. Air Forced Paintball is a direct action field. You engage fast and furious. There are towers and bases on each end of the field and all kinds of cover including cars, boats, tires, wood structures and dirt. The players span the spectrum from advanced woods ball psychos and seasoned speedball lunatics to weekend warriors and total novices.
There is also a gear section that goes into great detail about the various types of gear used in scenario paintball. Demi worked with some of the top names in the industry on this project.
The games played are:
Terminator: Terminator players can only be killed with a head shot. A small band of Terminators go head to head against a larger group of human players.
VIP: One team designates a VIP player who doesn’t carry a weapon and must be safely escorted to the opposing teams base without being shot.
Hornets Nest: The hornets nest is a drop into a HOT ZONE from the sides. The opposing team separates into two groups on the north and south and the second team comes in from east and west under fire!
Elimination: Each team tries to eliminate all the other teams players with shots anywhere on the body.
Some games use unique rules like SPECIAL FORCES players. A special forces player can only be killed by a hit on the head or torso. Shots on the arms, legs and markers don’t affect a special forces player.
The use of special equipment like smoke bombs add another level of intensity to the games. Referees keep a close eye on the action to keep everyone honest.
